We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards.

ORDER TRACKING
My tracking number is not working.
Most orders come with a tracking number, but some may not. If yours doesn’t, please email us at support@wyweex.com for an update. For tracked orders, you will receive your tracking number via email a few days after dispatch. Please ensure you copy-paste the tracking number correctly when checking it on our Track Order page.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email and SMS (if applicable) with the tracking details.
The tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package.
Sometimes tracking services mark orders as delivered when they arrive at your local post office. Please wait a few days or contact your local post office for more details. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@wyweex.com.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship both within the UK and internationally.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all orders.
£8 flat rate.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take up to 6 business days.
How long does delivery take?
5–10 business days.
7–14 business days.
Once dispatched, we will send you an email notification with tracking details.
How is the package delivered?
Your package will be delivered to your address, mailbox, or local post office. If you are unavailable to receive it, the carrier will leave a notice.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
If you receive a damaged item, please email us at support@wyweex.com with photo or video evidence. We’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
AFTER PURCHASE
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
Email us at support@wyweex.com immediately after placing your order. If the order hasn't been dispatched, we can update the address. Unfortunately, we can't make changes or issue refunds for incorrect addresses if the item has already been shipped.
My package is delayed. What should I do?
Check the tracking information on our Track Order page. Occasionally, delays may happen due to postal services. If you haven’t received your order within a reasonable time, please email us at support@wyweex.com for assistance.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address. Please double-check your details before confirming your order to avoid any issues.

WYWEEX™ accepts all major credit and debit cards. Your card will be automatically charged by our secure payment processor, and your order will begin processing once all necessary verifications are complete.
PayPal
At this time, WYWEEX™ does not accept PayPal payments. We are working to integrate this option in the future. In the meantime, please use a credit or debit card to complete your purchase.
Currency
All payments on the WYWEEX™ website are processed in GBP (£). If your card provider operates in a different currency, the final charge may vary due to exchange rates. Please contact your payment provider for further details.
