ORDER TRACKING
My tracking number is not working.
While most orders have a tracking number, some may not. If your order doesn’t have tracking, please email us at support@wyweex.com for updates.
For tracked orders, you’ll receive your tracking number by email within a few days of dispatch. Use this on our Track Order page for updates. Ensure you copy-paste the tracking code for accuracy.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS (if applicable) with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
The tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package.
Sometimes tracking services mark orders as delivered when they reach your local post office. Wait a few days or check with your post office for updates. If the issue persists, contact us at shop@wyweex.com.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship within the UK and offer international delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
- UK: Free shipping on all orders.
- International: £8 flat rate.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and dispatched promptly. During busy periods, please allow up to 6 business days.
How long does delivery take?
- UK: 5–10 business days.
- International: 7–14 business days.
We’ll notify you by email once your package has shipped.
How is the package delivered?
Your order will be delivered to your address, mailbox, or local post office. If no one is available to receive it, a notice will be left.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
If your WYWEEX™ Big Enter Pillow arrives damaged, email us at support@wyweex.com with photo or video evidence. We’ll send a replacement free of charge.
AFTER PURCHASE
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
Email us at support@wyweex.com immediately after placing your order. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll correct it. However, if it’s already shipped, we can’t make changes, and refunds won’t be issued for incorrect addresses.
My package is delayed. What should I do?
Check the tracking information on our Track Order page. Delays may occasionally occur due to postal services. If you haven’t received your package after a reasonable timeframe, email us at support@wyweex.com.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been processed or dispatched, we’ll try to update it. Double-check your shipping details before confirming your order to avoid issues.

The available payment methods are based on the total amount of the order.
Credit/Debit Card
Your credit/debit card will be automatically charged by our payment service provider. Your order will begin processing after all necessary verifications have been completed.
PayPal
Currently, we do not accept PayPal payments. We are working to integrate this option soon. In the meantime, you can use your credit/debit card to place an order with us.
Currency
Payments on our website are processed in GBP (£). If your credit/debit card company uses a different currency, the final transaction price may vary due to currency exchange rates. Please contact your payment provider for more details.
