Incorrect Shipping Information

Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at:

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Contacting your local carrier or post office

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, WYWEEX™ cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
