1. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Once your request is reviewed, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost
  • A full refund

2. Items Lost in Transit

Most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout. However, delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other external factors.

If your order has exceeded the maximum estimated delivery time by more than 10 business days and has still not arrived, please contact us.

We will gladly provide one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement shipment
  • A full refund

3. Returns

We accept returns for eligible orders.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Unused and in original condition

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

WYWEEX™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbours
  • Contacting your local carrier
  • Contacting your local post office

We can provide tracking details and delivery confirmation to assist with your investigation upon request.
